Privacy Policy
This Policy explains how Property Intelligence AI collects, uses, discloses, and protects information.
1. Information collected
- Account information: name, phone number, email, mailing address, and password hash.
- Property information: property addresses, goals, known details, questions, reports, and conversations.
- Technical information: session identifiers and standard server/security logs, which may include IP address, browser information, timestamps, and requested pages.
Passwords are hashed; we cannot view your original password.
2. How information is used
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide property-research features, maintain saved cases, respond to users, detect misuse, troubleshoot, comply with law, and protect rights and safety. We do not use this Service to make lending, employment, housing, insurance, or other eligibility decisions.
3. AI and service providers
Property prompts, property addresses, goals, and known details may be transmitted to OpenAI to generate responses and perform web-assisted research. Account mailing addresses are not intentionally included in AI prompts unless placed in a property case. Hosting, database, security, and infrastructure providers may process information as needed to operate the Service.
4. Selling and advertising
We do not sell personal information or disclose it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If practices change, this Policy and any legally required choices will be updated before the change applies.
5. Retention
We retain account and property-case information while an account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the Service, maintain security and records, resolve disputes, or comply with law. You may request deletion, subject to legal, security, backup, and record-retention requirements.
6. Security
We use measures intended to protect information, including HTTPS, hashed passwords, access controls, and a database not intentionally exposed to the public internet. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access or loss will never occur.
7. Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing tonyelfata@gmail.com. We may verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
8. Children
The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Breach and legal disclosures
We may preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, enforce agreements, prevent fraud or harm, or protect rights and security. If a qualifying security breach occurs, notices will be provided as required by applicable law.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes may be presented through the Service or another appropriate notice.
